Top Places to Visit while Sailing in Ibiza

Eivissa

Eivissa, also known as Ibiza Town, is situated on the southeast coast of the island Ibiza in the Balearic Islands. It is the largest and most attractive city on the island. The cobbled streets of the old town quarter Dalt Vila and its colossal medieval walls are under UNESCO protection, along with the churches, chapels and cathedrals. Ibiza Town is romantic, intriguing, exciting, vivacious, classic city, rolled into one eye-cathing package. Beach-bar-hoping and sightseeing by day, and dancing and clubbing by night. Eivissa is widely thought to be the best island for nightlife in the Mediterranean. It is a hotspot for international celebrities. Mingle with the rich and famous or enjoy long, golden sandy beach Playa D'en Bossa and its crystal clear sea.

Ses Salines National Park

Ses Salines National Park

The Natural Park of Ses Salines is situated south od Ibiza and north of Formentera, including the sea channel that separates the two islands in the Balearics chain. The Spanish government declared the Park a natural reserve in 1995 and then has been included in UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites. The sea represents 75% of the park's total area. Thousands of fish, aquatic and sea birds inhabit its crystalline waters. There are over 178 species of plant life and 210 species of birds which are endemic to Ibiza and Formentera and which can be found only in the Mediterranean. A wide variety of different natural features can be found here, from salt lakes and unspoilt beaches, to lunar cords with centuries-old trees, cliffs and rocky coastlines.
